“Faith networks today act as sources of spiritual and social support. These churches and ministries are frequently some of the strongest institutions serving rural residents.” (Quote from Great Valley Center).
Is to build relational networks with people who care directly for people’s felt needs bringing compassion into action many times resulting in changed lives.
Relationships without releasing resources is many times self-serving and short lived. We have found building authentic relationships that realize the people’s felt needs and find ways to release resources to meet the needs builds a bond of trust and changes both lives.
Businessman Alan Pirie: Alan first developed his heart to feed people after a trip to Africa. For the past seven years, Alan has asked his family and friends to release time and resources yearly to help feed those who feed us. Because of this 30,000 lbs. of food yearly has been distributed through 28 valley churches, feeding thousands of people while offering them spiritual hope.
